The Subject Of The Contract Includes Delivery Ex -Warehouse Of The Contracting Authority For Reserve Parts For District Heating Equipment For Subscriber Stations, Production Of Danfoss, With Technical Characteristics, Types And Quantities According To The Technical Specification (Element Of The Documentation For Participation). The Spare Parts Are Intended To Cover The Needs Of The Replacement Of A Defective District Heating Equipment In The Subscriber Stations For The Season 2025/2026. The Technical Specification Requirements Are Considered To Be Mandatory Minimum Requirements For Tenders. Failure To Comply With The Technical Specification Requirements Leads To The Removal Of The Participant. For Each Specifically Specified In The Technical Specification The Standard, Specification, Technical Evaluation, Technical Approval Or Technical Standard, The Contracting Authority Accepts And Equivalent/And Such.
