The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of An Electronic Tester Of Abrasion According To The Elmendorf Method To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party: Research Network Łukasiewicz, Łódź Technology Institute, Laboratory Of Research Of Materials And Unit Packaging, Ul. Konstancińska 11, 02-942 Warsaw. 3.2. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Subject Of The Contract Has Not Been Divided Into Parts Due To The Fact That It Is One Undivided Whole. 3.3. The Contracting Authority Is Not Allowed To Submit Partial Offers. 3.4. The Description Of The Required Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz (Assortment And Price Sheet). The Contractor May Propose Products With Better Technical, Quality, Functional Parameters Than The Parameters Specified By The Employer.
