The Target Of The Acquisition Is The Target Of The Acquisition In Eastern Finlands Railway Control As Defined In The Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes. The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Described, Among Other Things, In Annex 4 Of The Invitation To Tender, Description And Requirements Of The Subject Of The Acquisition.
