Quotation are invited for Tenders are Invited for Recycling of Etisalat Used Forms. The Vendor is Required to Destroy and Dispose of the Used Etisalat Forms in the Presence of Etisalat Representatives. Additionally, the Vendor must Compensate Etisalat Either with the Value of the Recycled Paper or in Cash. Sample Pictures of the Forms are Attached for Reference iii) The prices shall be inclusive of Afghanistan Governments taxes as stated below: a) For delivery of Goods and Service: 2% WHT tax is for registered firms/local companies with AISA License and 7% for non registered firms/Internatoinal Etisalat Afghanistan will apply penalty on delay beyond the delivery date as per its rules i.e. 1% of the total value of PO per week for first week and 2% for second week.
