The application must also include the founding documents of the applicant, a power of attorney, a copy of the representatives passport, and contact telephone numbers. Pay a non-refundable tender participation fee of 70 (seventy) Turkmen manats for residents of Turkmenistan or 20 (twenty) US dollars for non-residents (including VAT and excluding bank fees). Payment instructions will be provided upon submission of the written application. Tender proposals will be accepted for consideration only after the funds have been received in the account of Mary International Airport. Obtain the technical specifications from the Contract Department or from the office of the Head of Construction Department of Mary International Airport. Note: Applications and tender proposals from companies registered in or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted.
