Construction Work - Rønnedalen. The Present Tender Of Total Contracting Agreement Relates To The Rønnedalen, Helsingør. The Housing Company North Coast Has Been Given The Opportunity To Renovate And Build New Homes On A Plot Of Land Located In Helsingør. In Accordance With A Sketch Project, Renovation Of 12 Existing Housing Is Planned, The Construction Of 26 New Homes In 1-2 Plan Floor Blocks And The Construction Of A New Community House, Which Is Approved By Helsingør Municipality. Reference Is Also Made To The Local Plan. It Is Assumed That The Sketch Project Is Followed Extensively As It Forms The Basis For Approved Local Plan.
