The Municipal Clinic Karlsruhe (Skk) Is The Largest Hospital In The Middle Upper Rhine Region. It Is Designated As A House Of Maximum Care In The Hospital Requirements Plan Of The State Of Baden-Württemberg And The Teaching Hospital Of The University Of Freiburg. The Skk Currently Operates 1,596 Beds In Accordance With The State Hospital Plan. In 2022, Around 54,000 Patients Were Cared For Inpatient Or Partially Inpatient And Around 191.00 Outpatient. The Clinic Provides Approximately 300,000 To 1,000,000 People In A Technical Point Of View. The Skk Developed Target Planning In 09/2009. After Completion And Commissioning The New Buildings And A Large Part Of The Further Measures, The Newly Listed Existing Buildings Should Take Place In The Further Development Steps That Are Now Upcoming In The Sense Of A Future -Proof High -Performance Location For Medicine. The Building C, Which Is Now To Be Renovated, Is An Existing Building From The Beginnings Of The Clinic, Year Of Construction Around 1907 With Partially Listed Parties In The Interior And Outdoor Area. Further Psychosomatic Beds And A Business Space Area Are Planned On The 2Nd Floor. In The Basement, Central Areas Of Supply And Disposal Are Planned And A Personnel Dress. The Usage Concept In The Basement Is Completed By A Room Group Of Physiotherapy. The Renovation Is Intended In Two Construction Phases (1St Construction Phase Of Ugs And Eg, 2Nd Construction Phase 1. And 2. Floor). This Tender Is To Be Commissioned To Do Project Control. Partial Services Of The Aho Project Level 2-5 Are Commissioned. The Assignment Is Made In Stages.
