Tenders are invited for Event Management Services. Description: Application are invited by COMCEP/Commandant Pakistan Navy War College for pre-qualification of General order supplier /Firms/Contractors and issue tenders in light of PPRA Rules 2004. Tender for the following works /Supply to be issued to the pre-qualification firms/contractors are required to be submitted by 1130 Hours on 12 May 2025 and shall be opened on 12 May 2025 by 1200 hours: a. Provision of stationery items b. Provision of Cleaning Material c. Provision of Gift items and Souvenirs d. Provision of IT Equipment e. Repair /Maintenance of Office Machinery f. Catering Services g. Event Management h. Any other service/purchases required Tender documents along with details/specification of above-mentioned item can be obtained from Supply Officer PN War College Lahore, at Naval Complex Walton, Askri-v Gulberg-iii Lahore (Tel:05120060220) during office working hours (0900 Hrs to 1300 Hrs) within 15 Days of publication of advertisement. Shortlisted firm/contractors will have to get security clearance from respective Naval authorities, as per procedure in vogue. All Govt taxes shall be deducted as per rule in vogue. Firm/Contractors who are enlisted with Pakistan Navy in unlimited Category or other Govt. Departments having experience of this type of work may only apply. The contractor enlisted with Pakistan Navy will also furnish list of Moveable & immovable assets, Personal, Machinery /Equipment, Bank Statement, General Sale Tax (GST) Registration, NTN Certificate etc. COMCEP/Commandant PN War College reserve the right to reject any or all the applications in light of Para 33 of PPRA Rules -2004.
