Tenders Are Invited For Rovk Maintenance Process Automatication Power Heating Station Royal Netherlands Navy

The Energy Distribution Company (Edb) Of The Ministry Of Defense In Den Helder, Manages The Distribution And Production Of Electricity And Heat At The Locations In Den Helder. This Means, Among Other Things, That The Edb Has A Power Heat Station (Kws), 10Kv 50Hz And 12Kv 60Hz Central Voltage Distribution Networks And A District Heating Network. The Kws, But Also, For Example, The Heat Delivery Stations In The Hot Water Network, Are Equipped With Plc Operating Systems Of The Siemens Manufacture. Larger Adjustments/Extensions Are Outsourced On A Project Basis And Smaller Adjustments Are Made By Our Own Staff. The Edb Has A System Administrator And A Process Of Process Automation, Which Supervise Most It/Ot Projects. Due To Changes In The Organization And An Increase In The Expected Size And Complexity Of Process Automation, Edb Has Decided To Outsource A Large Number Of Projects And Activities. This Includes Maintenance And Management Of The Installations, But Also The Programming Work And Any Material Required For Adjustments And/Or Extensions. Since The Latter Activities Have Many Interfaces And Become An Integral Part Of The Management, We Want To Place These The Aforementioned Activities In One Comprehensive Framework Agreement.
