1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Retention Reservoir In Kołdrąbie Janowiec Wielkopolski Commune. 1.1 The Designed Retention Reservoir Constituting The Pond On Plot No. 61 Precinct 007 Kołdrąbb Will Be Located At The Site Of A Field Reduction On The Property In Question, Which Is Currently Mostly Wasteland. The Scope Of The Investment Will Consist In The Implementation Of The Dwelling Retention Reservoir With Dna And Slopes On The Aforementioned Plot. The Land Obtained From The Excavation Will Be Developed In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Upper Edge Of The Pond, And The Surplus Of Land Will Be Taken Outside The Investment Area To The Applicants Plots. The Purpose Of Making A Retention Tank Will Be To Store Water From Precipitation And Thaws. The Reservoir Will Allow Retention Of Excess Water. The Work Of The Work Includes: 1) Preparatory Works- Cutting The Bushes, Photo Of The Fertile Layer And Folding On The Heap. 2) Creation Of The Pond And Insurance Of The Slopes With Fascine Bowl. 3) Finishing Work- Sowing Of The Tank Slopes With Grass Mixture. 1.2 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Annex 1 Orders; 2) Annex 2 To Swz- Billing Of The Works; 3) Annex 3 To Swz-Creir.4) Annex 4 To Swz- Certificate- The Staroste Of The Żninski; 5) Annex 5 To Swz- Polish Water Resolution. The Billioned Work Is Paid To The Project Documentation. 2. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors. 2.1 The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Indicate In The Offer, Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. 2.2 The Ordering Party Requires That Before Commencing The Contract, The Contractor Provides Names, Contact Details And Representatives Of Subcontractors Involved In The Order, If They Are Already Known. 2.3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Employer Of Any Changes In Relation To Subcontractors Involved In The Order, During The Execution Of The Order, And Also Provide The Required Information About New Subcontractors, Who At A Later Time Intends To Entrust The Order. 2.4 The Detailed Description Of The Subcontracting Is Contained In § 6 Subcontracting Of The Draft Contract- Form No. 7 To Swz. 3. Relying On The Resources Of Other Entities Is Included In Chapter 22 Swz.
