The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of Complete Design Documentation In Accordance With The Bim Requirements For The Reconstruction Of The Building At Ul. Hubala 28 In Polkowice (High Building In The Wbl System) In Order To Obtain Full -Standard Apartments And Strengthen The Building On Mining Operation, Including Z: 1) Implementation Of Two Design Concepts Of Planned Reconstruction, 2) Execution Of Kpl. Construction Project Together With A Final Building Permit, 3) Implementation Of Technical And Executive Projects In All Industries, 4) Performing The Specifications And Acceptance Of Construction Works In All Industries, 5) Performing All Additional Design Studies Necessary For The Comprehensive Implementation Of Construction Works, 6) Performing Authors Supervision At The Stage Of Tender Procedure On The Granting Of A Public Procurement At The Selection Of The Contractor For Construction Works And At The Stage Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task. The Agreement Of The Agreement Includes Four Stages, Which Were Described In § 2 Of The Draft Contract. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Implementation Conditions, Payment Methods, Etc. Were Specified In The Contract Attached To This Specification, The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz And In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 12 To Swz.
