The Subject Of The Contract Are Services Of Training In Full -Time And Trainings Implemented Online For Wup Employees In Łódź, Beneficiaries And Potential Beneficiaries In 2025 As Part Of The European Funds Program For Łódź 2021-2027 - Part I Order - One Training In Stationary Form And Two Training In The Form Of Online (In Total 3 Trainings) Mon.: Eligibility Of Expenditure Under The Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027.2. Cpv Code: 80500000-9 (Training Services). 3. The Contracting Authority Allows You To Submit Partial Offers. 4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers. 5. The Contracting Authority, Due To The Subject Of This Contract, Specifies In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Requirements In The Scope Of Availability For The Disabled Referred To In Art. 100 P.Z.P. In Particular, The Employer Requires That The Contractor Ensure The Implementation Of Services In A Remote Form In Terms Of Parts I-Iv Using Tools Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People, I.E. Provided Texts In Electronic Form Must Be Possible To Read By The Reader In Accordance With Wcag Standards. In The Scope Of Parts I-Vi, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Ensure Catering Taking Into Account Special Nutritional Needs In The Event Of Such A Need. 6. The Contracting Authority Pursuant To Art. 95 Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Implementation Of The Contract (In Particular A Person/ Person Preparing Meals) Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 26 June 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277) Or The Corresponding Form Of Employment Specified In The Provisions Of The European Union Or European Economic Area. The Requirement Of Employment, The Contracting Authority Understands, As A Requirement That Persons Performing The Above -Mentioned Activities Are Employed Under The Employment Contract Throughout The Period Of This Order. The Contracting Authority Will Be Entitled To Check This Requirement. Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements In This Respect Have Been Regulated In The Form Of Contractual Penalties. In The Event Of Any Doubts Regarding The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of The Person/Persons To Perform The Indicated Actions In Connection With The Implementation Of The Contract Under The Employment Contract, It Will Be Entitled To Notify The Relevant Labor Inspectorate And Ask For An Inspection. 7.
