The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Services Consisting In: 1) Emptying Residential And Commercial Premises, Basements And Basement Corridors, Attics In Buildings Constituting 100% Ownership Of The Capital City Of Warsaw And Residential, Commercial Premises, With Rooms Belonging To Them, Owned By The Capital City Of Warsaw In The Buildings Of Housing Communities, By: A) Emptying The Contents Of Furniture, Cabinets, Shelves, Etc. Premises, As Well As In Belonging Rooms (Basements, Cells, Utility Rooms) And Its Loading To A Substituted Container. The Emptying Takes Place At A Written Request Issued By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party (Depending On The Needs) - Settlement Based On The Order To The Contract.2) Surface Cleaning Of The Area From Municipal Pollution And Other Pollution And Sorting Them, Transferring The Collected Waste Of The Entrepreneur Having Permission To Transport And Develop This Type Of Waste With Which The Contractor Has A Contract In The Event The Need To Manually Collect Accumulated Municipal Waste And Align The Area After A Wild Dump As Well As Performing Activities Involving Mechanical Or Manual Loading Of Waste To Transport. 3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Compliance With Technology And Legal Provisions, Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Fire -Fighting Regulations As Well As The Proper Organization Of Work And Maintaining Order And Order When Performing Services. 4. The Contractor Will Use Tools, Equipment And Own Materials To Perform The Service Covered By The Contract. 5. Expansion Waste Is Understood As Waste Listed In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Climate Of 02.01.2020 (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 10) On The Waste Catalog, Except For The Waste Specified In Para. 7. 7. The Order Does Not Include The Removal Of Tires And Hazardous Waste Listed In The Abovementioned Regulation, In Particular: A) Solvents, Acids, Photographic Reagents And Paints, B) Mercury Waste, C) Batteries And Accumulators. 8. Order Implementation Time - According To The Contractors Offer, Not Longer Than 7 Business Days. The Time Of The Ordering Of The Ordering Partys Orders Is One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers. 9. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Obligations Arising From The Template Of The Contract Constituting Annex 3 To This Specification.
