The Subject Of The Contract Is: A Non -Cash Service For The Issue Of Food (Excluding Drinks Containing Alcohol And Tobacco Products) And Cosmetic Products For Clients Of The Municipal Family Support Center In Piotrków Trybunalski 1) Estimated Number Of Beneficiaries Per Month - From 10 To 50 People.2) The Estimated Value Of One Benefit Is From Pln 20.00 To Pln 1,000 A Commercial Facility Conducting Retail Sales In A Convenient Place Communication, In Various Regions Of The City In Piotrków Trybunalski: Region I - North -West, Region Ii - South -West, Region Iii - North -East, Region Iv - South -East, Where The Borders Of The Regions Are Marked By Słowackiego Street Dividing The City To The North And South And The Railway Line Dividing The City To The East And West4) Commercial Facilities Were Open From 7.00 To 18.00 From Monday To Friday, And On Saturdays A Minimum Of 4 Hours. Products Of Other Manufacturers Than Those Listed In The Documents With The Proviso That Each Food Article Is With The Same Or Better Quality Parameters, Aesthetic, During Catering Processing Than Listed In Annex 1 To Swz. In This Case, It Should Be Noted What Product The Equivalent Offer Applies. 2. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Access Applies To The Service Performed For A Uniform Group Of People, Such A Division Would Threaten Excessive Organizational And Technical Difficulties Related To The Resolution Of The Procedure And The Performance Of The Contract.
