3 Description Of The Subject Of The Opz Order. The Order Of The Contract Includes: • Delivery And Start Of Devices; • Training Of Persons Servicing Devices In The Scope Of Their Use, Ongoing Operation And Maintenance; • Granting A Guarantee For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months And On The Principles Indicated In The Contract Template. Removal Of The Contract Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: • The Equipment Provided Must Be Brand New (Year 2024/2025); • For The Subject Of The Contract - 30 Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Invoice In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party; • The Devices Offered Must Meet The Conditions Required By Law Allowing Them To Be Used. They Must Have Documents Allowing Them To Be Used In Health Care Facilities In The Republic Of Poland, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of April 7, 2022. On Medical Devices And Executive Provisions For This Act. • Adaptation Works Of The Rooms Where The Devices Will Work Will Be Carried Out By The Employer. The Contractors Task Will Be To Install Devices In The Clinic Rooms Indicated By The Employer And Obtaining All Necessary, I.E. Required By Law, Acceptance Documentation.
