The Subject And Goal Of The Present Procurement Procedure Is The Provision Of Various Services Of The Contractor To Support The Client And In Particular Its District Governments (1) Of The Examination, Processing And Decision Of Applications Or Closing And Final Statements On Economic Aids In Connection With Corona Pandemic, As Well As (2) All Further Tasks Of The Client And In Particular The District Governments That Are Part Of The Administration And Processing Corona -Related Economic Aid Programs Are Created. In This Respect, The Typical Tasks And Services Of The Contractor Are Presented Below Under Section Iv. Which Will Make Up The Core Of The Support Benefits Of The Contractor, To Which The Services Of The Contractor Are Not Limited When The Contracts Are Not Called Up, Unless The Client Has Provided For A Limitation To Certain Services In Individual Calls (See Also Dials 1 And 4 Of The Framework Agreement And Annex 1.2 Framework Agreement). The Client Has Currently Commissioned Its Five District Governments As A Approval Authority With The Administration And Handling Of The Corona Economic Aids And The Nrw-Soforfilt 2020 (Also Together As Corona-Related Business Aid Programs). The Contractor Provides His Services Both For The Client And In Particular The Responsible District Government Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia As Current Approval Authorities, As Well As Other Third Parties Named By The Client. Insofar As The Client Demands This From The Contractor. This Applies In Particular To (1) The Legal Advisor, (2), (2), If Necessary, Other Service Providers Of The Client Or The District Governments Or The Federal Republic Of Germany (Bund) And (3), Which May Be Used For The Previous Application Phase, And (3) To The Service Providers, Which May Be Used As Part Of A Cross -Off Project Management And Examination.
