Estimated Value: The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement - 214 861,67 (Two Hundred And Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty -One Levs And 67 Pennies) Without Vat. The Estimated Value Of Each Of The Lots Is As Follows: Op1 Devices For Invasive And Non -Invasive Ventilation - 107 520,00 Bgn Without Vat Op2 Assisted Pettlement Apparatus - 77 000,00 Bgn Without Vat Op3 Automatic Vipap Apparatus - 3 191,67 Bgn Without Vat Op4 Mobile Oxygen Concentrator - 10 150,00 Bgn Without Vat Op5 Moisturizer For Invasive Fans - Bgn 17,000.00 Excluding Vat Elevated Positions 3, 4 And 5 Shall Be Assigned In Accordance With The Order Valid For Their Individual Value On The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act By Direct Award. The Estimated Value Of Lots 3, 4 And 5 Is Bgn 30 341.67 Without Vat Included And Does Not Exceed Bgn 156 464.00, And Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Whole Order. With The Present Open Order, Only Lots 1 And 2 Are Awarded For A Total Value Of Bgn 184 520.00 Excluding Vat. The Medical Equipment Will Be Used For Home Treatment For Children. The Specified Amount Of Apparatus In The Technical Specification For The Respective Lot Is Projected. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare All The Quantity Indicated Without Any Adverse Effects. The Delivery Of The Medical Apparatus By Type And/Or By Number Is To The Needs That Have Arisen And Will Be Carried Out After Request From The Contracting Authority Of The Required Number Of Medical Equipment.
