Its Purpose Is The Conclusion, On Behalf Of The Members, Of The Framework Agreement For: -The Supplies And Loose Delectricity For The Delivery Points (Pdl) Supplied In Low And High Voltage, The List Of Which Is Presented At The Cctp-C And In The Annexes Of The Subsequent Markets For Members Of The Order Group, Whose List Is Presented In Annex To The Ccap-C And In The Annexes Of The Subsequent Markets;- Obligations Associated With Capacity Guarantees And Dénergie Décurcies Certificates; -The Invoicing, Including The Transmission Of Invoices In Exchange For Computerized Data (Edi) And The Management Of Relations With The Distribution Network Manager Within The Framework Of A Single Contract, To The Public Distribution Network; -The Mission Of Responsible Manager In Accordance With Larticle L. 321-15 Of The Lénergie Code; Common Administrative Clauses Notebook (Ccap-C) And The Common Technical Clauses Notebook (Cctp-C). Subsequent Markets Will Be Passed And Allocated Under The Conditions Defined In The Ccap. They Will Specifically Indicate The Identification Of Pdls, The Number And Location Of Delivery Points, Consumption By Horosaisonier Post, The Pricing Formula And The Powers Subscribed By Horosaisonnier Post.
