Subject Of The Contract. 1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Delivery Of Devices And Installations Included In The Supervision System On The Operation Of The Power Network Kopani Wieliczka Salt Installed At The Grst/15/3/0.4Kv (Hereinafter Referred To As Supervision System), 2) Delivery Of License For Network Management Software, 3) Execution Of The Current Maintenance Of The Grst Building, 4) Installation Of Supplied Equipment And Installation, Including Software, 5) Movement Tests And Starting The Network Management System, 6) Preparing As -Built Documentation And Obtaining On Behalf Of And For The Contracting Authority Of The Competent Mining Supervisory Authority For The Commissioning Of Devices And Installations Included In The Supervisory System. 1.2. The Purpose Of Fulfilling The Subject Of The Contract Is To Improve The Supervision Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, And Thus Improving The Safety And Supervision Safety Conditions. 1.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Drawing Up The Schedule Of Performing The Subject Of The Contract, 2) The Purchase And Delivery Of Materials, Equipment And Software Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, 3) Implementation Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2.
