Non-Scheduled Air Transport Services-Providing Air, Internal And International Transport Services (Reservation And Issuing Air Tickets) And Related Services. The Estimated Number Of Tickets Is As Follows: Frame Agreement-Minimum 10 Tickets, Maximum 3,000 Tickets For Domestic And International Destinations. Subsequent Contract/Command Note - Minimum 1 Ticket, Maximum 30 Tickets For Domestic And International Destinations. Estimating The Value Of The Highest Subsequent Contract Is 250,000 Lei, Excluding Vat. Estimated Frequency For The Award Of Subsequent Contracts/Orders: Daily. Ticket Package - Various Packages In Size, Issued And Purchased On Any Of The Routes Of The Flight Company. The Contracting Authority, In The Invitation To The Reof, Can Set The Maximum Value Limits For The Requested Air Tickets, So That Their Value Does Not Exceed The Scales Imposed By International Bodies With Which They Collaborate For The Reimbursement Of Expenses, The Approved Project Sheets, Other Budgetary Constraints, Etc. The Type Of Contract Proposed By The Contracting Authority For The Completion Of The Procurement: Framework Agreement Agreement With A Validity Of 24 Months, Concluded With The First 30 Bidders Whose Tenders Will Be Declared Admissible And Will Present The Updated Supporting Documents That Demonstrate All The Qualification And Selection Criteria, In Accordance With The Information Included By Them. The New Framework Agreement Will Enter Into Force After The Cessation Of The Existing One On 15.10.2025.
