Construction Work – Sheltered Accommodation Flats For Elderly Persons. Narvik Municipality Needs Up To 140 Sheltered Accommodation Flats With A Lifetime Standard. Narvik Municipality Would Like To Enter Into Agreement With A Developer To Procure Up To 25 Turnkey Sheltered Accommodation Flats In A Housing Cooperative Or Owner Section Seismic Per Location (Bjerkvik, Ballangen Or Narvik). The Municipality Will Procure The Sheltered Accommodation Flats Together And Sell Them On To Residents With A Need For 24 Hour Health And Care Services. It Is The Municipality At The Award Office That Will Undertake The Award Of Residences And The Flats Shall Be Sold With Clauses That I.A. Regulate The Price For Resale.
