Quotation are invited for Three (3) Year Regular Maintenance Contract for Fire Systems at Various Kahramaa Mega Reservoirs and Water Pumping &Filling Stations Fees QR 1000 Bid Bond QR 100000 Start Purchase Date: 23-04-2025 07:30:00 End Purchase Date: 01-06-2025 12:30:00 Submission Closing Date: 01-06-2025 12:00 PM Description: KAHRAMAA intends to float this Tender to carry out the Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Fire Detection and Fire Fighting System through successful Bidder. Whereas the Contractor is engaged in the field of Maintenance of Fire Systems and must have minimum 10 Years experience in the similar field in Qatar. The Contractor shall have proper storage and Maintenance Workshop facility; and shall hold a valid ISO Certification in this field for all the activities mainly Maintenance; the Certifications shall include but not limited to (ISO9001; ISO14001; ISO18001). The Contractor must have past successful experience in KAHRAMAA Projects especially related to Fire Alarm / Fire Suppression / Fire Pump Systems. The Contractor must have valid QCDD Approval Certificate in the field of Fire System by local authority of Qatar Civil Defense Department. The Contractor must have valid QCDD Approval Certificate for Fire Detection & Fire Fighting System. The Contractor shall have QA/QC division to Control the Quality of Maintenance Services & Workmanship and HSE division to ensure Notes: · Fees are non-refundable · The offer must be submitted with a bank guarantee (in the amount of provisional bid bond) issued by a Qatari Bank or by a bank operating in Qatar. · Offers are to be submitted separately, technical and commercial. · Successful bidder has to submit a Bank Guarantee (Performance Bond) with value equal to 10% of the awarded value. · KAHRAMAA has the right during the contract period, after approval of the committee, to increase or decrease the quantities, services or works, inline with the Tenders & Auctions Law and its regulations. · Last date for receiving clarification is 7 days before the Bid Closing Date. · Date for opening of the offer is on the next working day from Bid Closing Date, as per the Tenders Committee meeting. · If you face any difficulty for downloading the Tender Documents after Payments, please coordinate with IT Help Desk Administrator in the Government Procurement Portal (The Unified Website of State Procurement ([email protected]).
