The Contractor Will Perform All Necessary Works For Proper Maintenance Of The Good Technical Condition Of The Devices. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Law And Technical Knowledge As Well As In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Users And Third Parties. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Protect The Area Of ​​Conducting Works And Interests Of Third Parties, Ensuring Safety Conditions Related To Their Implementation And Proper Environmental Protection. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Responsible For The Organization, Safe Commuting And Transitions For Others Through The Area Covered By The Work. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure In The Area Of ​​Works Permanent And Secure Access In The Field Of Travel And Access To The Property, Buildings And Buildings. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Work In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Continue The Functioning Of The Facilities Located In The Area Of ​​The Works. 8. The Contractor Is Responsible For Organizing The Area Of ​​Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of Proper Waste Management And In A Way That Ensures Protection Of Atmospheric Air Against Pollution, Including By Using Efficient And Properly Exploited Equipment And The Least Burdensome Acoustics Of Work Technology. 9. The Contractors Duty Is To Carry Out Work In Such A Way That There Is No Damage To Existing Facilities, Including The Existing Technical Infrastructure, Located On And Outside The Area Of ​​Their Conduct, And In The Event Of Damage To These Objects Or Infrastructure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Damage Or Restore These Objects Or Infrastructure At His Own Expense. 10. The Contractor Is Always Obliged To Secure, Organize And Maintain The Cleanliness Of The Area After Completing The Work. 11.
