Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Parties Obligations Are Determined By The Design Documentation, Including: Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Works Of The Works, Decision Dwkz No. 2411/2022 Of 28.10.2022, Pinb Decision No. 660/2021 Of 15.03.2021, Decision On Construction Permit No. 2445/2024 Of 05.12.2024 And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz. 5. Residential Building At Ul. Jerzy 21 In Wrocław Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments And The Area (Plot), Where The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Building Indicated In Task No. 2 Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments And The Area (Plot), Where The Works Will Be Carried Out Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. 8. The Contracting Authority Sets The Minimum Required Warranty Period For Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract For 60 Months
