Tenders Are Invited For Gałów - Access Road To Agricultural Land

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Covering The Renovation Of: Akacjowa And Kościelna Streets In Gałów, In The Municipality Of Miękinia.2. The Renovation Includes Two Road Sections: 1) Episode I: Ul. Akacjowa From Km 0+030 To Km 0+147.65 And Kościelna From Km 0+004.75 To Km 0+357.57; 2) Section Ii: Ul. Acacia From 0+030 Km To 0+000 And From Km 0+000 To Km 0+370 (According To The Kilometer Adopted In The Documentation). 3. The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Renovation Of Akacjowa Street And Kościelna Street In Gałów At A Length Of 870 M Along With The Reconstruction Of Drainage Devices And Translating The Power Cable. 4. As Part Of The Work, It Is Expected To Be Made Of Bituminous Mass With Full Road Structure, Road Construction, Reconstruction Of Conventions, Reconstruction Of A Drainage Device Located In The Public Road Lane - Parkowa And Słoneczna Street. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Draw Up And Approve The Project Of A Replacement Traffic Organization. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting An Attachment To Swz.7. Note: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include The Scope Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities Under The Position 36 D. 11 Ditch-Cleaning (Position Implemented); 2) The Surface Of The Road Should Be Taken In Accordance With The Provisions In Supplementation No. 1 And 2 Stwiorb, I.E. The Surface Made Of Mineral And Bullshit Mixtures-Ac11s Asphalt Agent Double Surface Consolidation. 11. The Contractor Provides Warranty And Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract. The Minimum Warranty Period Is Set For 36 Months. The Warranty Period Runs In Parallel With The Warranty Period. The Warranty Period (Warranty) Will Be Scored In Accordance With The Description Of The Criteria For Assessing The Offers Contained In Chapter 16 Swz. 13. Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act, The Contracting Authority Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Or A Further Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing All Activities Related To The Performance Of Works, Entering Into The So -Called Direct Costs, I.E. All So -Called Manual Workers. Therefore, The Requirement Does Not Apply To, Among Others, People: Managers, Performing Geodetic Service, Suppliers Of Building Materials.
