The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannas Natural Gas With The Symbol E And The Provision Of Its Distribution Services To The Poviat Swimming Pool Building In Ryki At Ul. Janiszewska 2; 08-500 Ryki; In The Estimated Volume Of 2000,000 Kwh (+30%) During The Delivery Period, I.E. 01/09/2025 - 31.08.2026, With The Proviso That The Start Will Start Not Earlier Than After The Effective Completion Of The Currently Binding Temporary Comprehensive Agreement With Pgnig Obrót Przytrót Obrót Detali Sp. Jana Kazimierz 3, 01-248 Warsaw And A Positive Procedure (Next) Amendment To The Seller. Contractual Power 500 Kwh/H. The Sports Facility Has A Cogeneration Aggregate Powered By Gas Fuel With The Theoretical Gas Consumption Of 278-335 Kwh/H (In The Range Of 50-100% Electrical Efficiency) And Two Heating Boilers With A Capacity Of 375 Kw Each (Total 750 Kw) With The Possibility Of Limiting The Work Of Members To The Maximum Gas Demand In The Amount Of 190 Kwh/H. Heating Boilers Will Act As An Emergency (Additional) Heat Source For The Swimming Pool. Gas Fuel Covered By Excise Duty Will Be Used For Heating Purposes - For The Total Production Of Heat And Electricity In A Cogeneration Aggregate. Gas Fuel Covered By The Excise Duty, Used In An Emergency Gas Boiler Room Will Be Settled By Balanceing A Sovereign Cogenerator With A Gas Distribution Operator. The Employer Is Not A Privileged Recipient Under The Act Of 26 January 2022 On Special Solutions To Protect Gas Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market. The Indicated Parameters And Volume Of Consumption Are Used Only For The Purposes Of Comparison Of Offers.
