3 Armii Poznań In Poznań On The Plot 1/28 Connecting On The Plot 1/16.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Listed In Annex 1 To Swz - Construction Design, A Predetermination Of Works And Technical Specifications For Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Building Permits, Permission To Carry Out Construction Works At The Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Arrangements With Relevant Institutions. 3. The Employer Informs That The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Only The Information Basis And Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For Calculating The Price Of The Offer. The Material Expenditure Presented In The Pre -City Of Works Together With The List Of Basic Materials Serves Only Information And Auxiliary Purposes, The Contractor Can Use It, But There Is No Such Obligation. When Calculating The Offer Price, Which Is A Flat -Rate Price That Does Not Subject To Valorisation, All Expenditure Should Be Taken Into Account, Which Are Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Described In The Specification. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Bill Of Quantities On The Basis Of All Documentation, Analyze All Other Documents That Make Up The Entire Documentation And Make Appropriate Calculations For The Needs Of The Offer, Which He Intends To Submit. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Sapper Supervision Over Construction Works. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Conservation Permit On Behalf Of The Employer To Conduct Archaeological Research Accompanying Investments In Accordance With Conservation Permit No. 1027/2020 Of November 26, 2020.
