Tenders Are Invited For Organization And Conduct Of A Polish Language Course As A Foreign Language For Foreigners (In Three Parts).

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 2.1. In The Scope Of Parts I. Organization And Conduct Of The Polish Full And Group Language Course As A Foreign Language For Foreigners With International Protection In Poland Implementing Individual Integration Programs At The Warsaw Family Support Center: 1) The Course Will Be Implemented Stationary In The Form Of Stationary Group Classes, Group Classes On-Line And Individual Stationary. Foreigners Who Carry Out Individual Integration Programs At The Warsaw Family Support Center. 3) Before Starting The Didactic Classes, The Contractor Will Determine The Level Of Polish Language And Availability For Each Participant In The Scope Of The Participant Corresponding To The Participant In The Days And Hours Of Classes. 4) On The Part Of The Contracting Authority There Will Be A Written Referral The Contracting Authority Of The Completed Referral Of The Course Participant.6) A Person Addressed By The Contracting Authority To Participate In The Course, Will Appear With An Appropriate Referral Received By The Ordering Party In The Place Designated By The Contractor. The Referral Will Contain Information About The Students Availability. The Referral Will Be Returned To The Employer After Completing The Information By The Contractor On The Date Of Conducting Language Skills, Allocation To The Group, Date Of Starting The Course, Within 7 Days After The Recruitment. Monday To Friday And 9: 00-20: 00 On Saturdays. 8) The Contractor Will Provide Stationery (Folder, Notebook, Pen, Pencil) And Didactic Materials Necessary For The Proper Classes For The First Stationary Classes. All Stationery And Didactic Materials Will Be Transferred To The Participants To Ownership.9) As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Keep The Following Documentation In Accordance With The Template Specified By The Contracting Authority: - Presence List, - Report On The Performance Of The Contract. 10) The Contractor Will Be Required To Document The Turnout Of Each Participant Of The Class, Ongoing Information On The Absences As Well As Reporting On The Progress Of Each Participant. The Implementation Of The Classes The Contractor Will Issue The Participants Certificates Of Completing The Course At The Appropriate Level. 12) After The Course, The Contractor Will Draw Up Reports On The Progress Of Each Participant, Which Should Be Provided To The Contracting Authority Within 14 Days After The Course Completed. 13) Reports On Progress In Science Will Be Prepared In Paper Version, Separately For Each Participant, Signed By The Teacher Conducting The Classes, And Will Include At Least Such Information As: Using Polish In Speech And Writing, Participants Involvement And Preparation For Classes, Individual Comments.14) Classes Will Be Conducted In English Or Russian Depending On The Language Level Or The Needs Of Participants.15) The Implementation Of The Contract Will Be Settled After Each Completed Calendar Month. 16) Understanding 45 Minutes. 1
