1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Successive Reception (Including Transport) And Development (Use) Produced By The Employer (Emerging In The Installation Of Municipal Sewage Treatment Plants) Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge With Code 19 08 05 Over 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract In Quantity Up To 3,000 Mg Dehydrated On The Tape Press (Dry Mass Approx. 20-22 %). The Term Development Should Be Understood As: Collecting, Recovery Or Disposal, Including Preparation Preceding Recovery (Including Hygienization From The Code With Code 19 08 05 If Necessary). 3. The Contracting Authority Guarantees The Performance Of The Contract In A Minimum Range Of 70% Of Tonnage, I.E. The Contractor Is Obliged To Calculate The Dose Of Sediments On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Based On The Results Of Soil Tests And The Results Of Sewage Sludge Tests. The Examination Of Sediments Is One Of The Contractors Duties. 7. All Tests Should Be Performed In An Accredited Laboratory. 8. Sewage Sludge Is To Be Transported And Managed In Accordance With Applicable Law In The Field Of Environmental Protection. The Sewage Sludge Received From The Contracting Authority Cannot Be Stored By The Contractor, But Immediately Mixed With The Ground. 9. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Make A Local Vision At The Place Of Performance Of Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract By The Contractor. 10. In The Case Of Inspection Of State Inspections And Possible Financial Penalties Imposed On The Contracting Authority (As A Manufacturer) Resulting From The Development Of Sewage Sludge Contrary To The Law And The Conditions Contained In The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Financially Charge The Contractor. 11. Principles Of Receiving Sludge: A) The Ordering Party Will Load The Container/Semi -Trailer/Bathtub. B) The Weight Of The Sludge Given In The Waste Transfer Card In The Bdo System Will Be Approximate And Corrected When The Contractor Was Considered By The Contractor. 12.
