The Subject Of The Contract Is To Supply The Following Smart City Applications And Systems. The Convention Is Not Subdivided Into Sections: • Smart Mmm Stops • Smart Trash Bins • Smart Electricity Systems Within Municipal Buildings • Municipal Cemetery Management System And Folder Digitization • Digital Popular Platform Platforms • Integrated Cyberattack Protection Infrastructure And Providing A Teleworking System • Central Single Platform Management And Collection Of Digital Transformation Action Data Of The Local Government Action Data In The Subject Of The Convention Are Included In Addition To The Supply And Maintenance And Support Services For The Warranty Period Of Good Operation Which Is Set At Least Two (2). With The Completion Of Phase D (Education) And The Definitive Receipt Of The Project, The Project Warranty Period Will Begin, Which Will Take Two (2) Years. During The Warranty Period, The Following Services Will Be Provided: • Restoration Of The Software Bugs. • Detecting Causes Of Lesions/ Malfunctions And Rehabilitation. • Ensure Proper Operation Of All Customizations, Interfaces With Other Systems, Etc., With The Newer Versions. • Delivery Of Copies Of All Changes Or Reissues Or Modifications Of The Manuals Of Use. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Install And Operate The Software Offered In A Public Digital Data Center To Be Indicated By The Municipality. For This Reason The Contractor Will Hand Over To The Municipality The Requirements Of The Infrastructure For The Proper Functioning Of The Application. Each New Information System Will Be Accompanied By Data Classification Study, Which Is Compulsorily Included In Project Analysis And Design Studies. Until The Municipalitys Suggestion, The Digital Data Center Where The Implementation Will Eventually Be Installed And Hosted, The Contractor Is Committed To Hosting The Application, In Its Installation Of Responsibility Or At A Special Center Host Center At No Extra Cost For The Municipality. The Maximum Period Of Hospitality By The Contractor Will Be Five (5) Years From The Date Of Delivery Of The Application. During This Time The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A Migration Of The Application To The Digital Data Center To Be Indicated. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To € 1,063,917.44 Not Including 24 % Vat (Estimated Value Including Vat: € 1,319.257.63, Vat 24 % € 255.340.19) The Duration Of The Contract Is 18 Months After Its Signature. The Convention Will Be Entrusted With The Criterion Of The Most Economical Intense Offer, Based On The Optimal Quality -Price Relationship.
