In Particular, In The Context Of The Project, The Contractor Will Proceed With: • Recording Existing Procedures In All Critical Areas (Eg, Supplies, Administration, Human Resources Management). • Mapping Of Work Flows, Points Of Decision And Systems Involved. • Documentation And Categorization Of Procedures Based On The Importance And Frequency Of Use. • Design And Development Of Web-Based Platform With Features: O Searching And Promoting Procedures Based On Criteria And With The Help Of Artificial Intelligence Functionality. O Visualization Of Procedures Through Flow Charts. O Access To Instructions And Relevant Documents.
