The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works On Streets In 28 Settlements. The Procurement Includes 2 (Two) Lots. There Will Be A Drain Repairs To Pour In 22 (Twenty -Two) Settlements, Such As Crushed Stone Pavement In 6 (Six) Settlements. On The Street In The Village Of Vodnyantsi Will Be Placed On 4Th Street. An Ongoing Repair Of The Asphalt Pavement On 2 Municipal Roads - Dob3119 And Dob 3106 Will Be Carried Out. The Implementation Of The Construction Repair Works, The Subject Of The Contract, Is Carried Out In Compliance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-19 Of 12.11.2012 For Maintenance And Ongoing Repair Of The Roads, Technical Specification Of The Road Infrastructure Agency From 2025 And Technical Rules And Requirements For The Maintenance Of Raps From 2009, Including 2009 Years, Sources Of Materials Or Non -Standard Materials; Material Control, Storage And Transport; Materials Requirements; Taking Samples And Tests; Construction Requirements For Implementation - Earthly Works, Asphalt Works; Drainage, Etc.; Measurement And Acceptance Of Completed Works. The Contractor Provides The Necessary Tests To Certify The Conformity Of The Activities Performed With The Applicable Standards. The Scope Of The Execution Of The Contract/Contract Includes The Least But Is Not Limited To The Following Obligations Of The Contractor Under This Public Procurement: • Preparation Of The Construction Site, Including A Temporary Movement Organization In The Construction. • Delivery Of Raw Materials And Materials, Provision Of Mechanization, Workforce And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction; • Implementation Of Construction And Repair Works (Cpp) In Accordance With The Applicable Norms And Rules For This Type Of Activity, Including Related To Ensuring Safe And Healthy Working Conditions, Environmental Protection And Fire Safety; Prevention Of Damage To Third Parties And Properties As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Contract Activities. • Adoption Of The Cpd, Including In Applicability, Single And General Tests; • Removal Of Defects Or Defects Found In The Repair Process And In The Acceptance Of The Activities Performed, As Well As The Elimination Of Defects During The Warranty Periods; • Fulfillment Of All Requirements For The Activity Of The Contractor In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, This Specification And The Contract For The Implementation Of The Construction Works.
