The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation, Describes In Detail The Technical Characteristics, An Estimated Quantity And The Estimated Value Of The Laboratory Consumables For Each Nomenclature. The Amounts Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Laboratory Consumables By Nomenclature Are Estimated, With The Contracting Authority Not Obliged To Declare The Entire Estimated Quantity, But According To Its Need. Initially, The Planned Technical Specification May Be Partially Changed In The Course Of The Dynamic System, Adding New Laboratory Consumables And/Or Their Quantities Change. The Actual Implementation Of The Public Procurement Is Determined On The Basis Of Patient Admission And The Prognosis Of Sbalhz Ead For The Laboratory Consumables Required By The Medical Establishment.
