Request for proposals for Assessment of Damage and Reconstruction Planning for TVET and Tertiary Education Institutions in Gaza. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of damage to 5 TVET centers and 21 tertiary education institutions/38 campuses, including infrastructure, equipment, and human resources, to determine the impact on educational continuity. Identify the immediate, short-term, and long-term educational and institutional needs of universities, colleges, and TVET institutions by assessing gaps in human resources, financial resources, digital education infrastructure, and academic programs. Classify institutions based on damage severity and develop targeted, costed reconstruction plans for critical facilities to restore learning environments and workforce development capabilities.
