Investment On Plots No. 1192/34, 1192/37 In Podbrzezie Dolny And Plot No. 459/64 In Kożuchów - Construction Of A 0.4Kv Lighting Electricity Network, Assembly Of 33 Columns With Led Luminaires, Execution Of The Connection To The Power Network And Installation Of A Lighting Cabinet. Detachable Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Design Documentation And Attachment The Composition Of Which Includes: A) Construction Project Entitled Construction Of A 0.4Kv Power Network B) Land Development Project, C) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, D) Bill Of Quantities, E) Change Of The Specification Of Poles.2. The Contractor Submitting The Offer Is Obliged To Perform The Order Described In The Project Documentation And Stwiors. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract (Construction And Executive Projects, Works Of Works, Stwiorb) Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Explaining In The Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguity Or Ambiguity, The Contractor May Not Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or Due Diligence When Performing His Obligations Arising From The Public Procurement Contract.
