Subject Of The Contract - Described In Annex 5 To Swz - Includes: 1) Design Stage, Including: A) Obtaining A Current Map For Design Purposes, B) Developing An Architectural And Construction Project, C) Developing A Technical Design, D) Developing A Executive Project, E) Developing Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works, F) Developing A Predecessor Of Work, G) Development Of A Cost Estimate, G). Investor, H) Obtaining A Building Permit Decision, 2) Performance Stage, Including: A) Foundation, B) Delivery And Assembly Of Parking Sheds, C) Delivery And Installation Of Two Pv Installations (Each: With A Power Not Less Than 48.6 Kwp And Not More Than 50 Kwp), D) Laying Of Cable Lines, E) Tests And Measurements Of Electrical Installation, F) Performing All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task, Including Reproduction Of The Surface, G) Launching And Submitting The Installation To The Distribution System Operator And The Commander Of The Municipal State Fire Service, H) Joining The Installation To The Existing Energy Distribution Network With Connecting A New Two -Way Counter For The Installed Solar Installation, I) Notification Of The Competent Building Supervisory Authority Certificates Of Lack Of Objection To The Abovementioned Notifications / Obtaining A Decision On The Use Of Use. 2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged - At His Own Expense And On His Own - Also, Among Others To: 1) Design Stage: A) Ongoing Reconciliation With The Employer Adopted Design Solutions, B) Obtaining Relevant Consents, Administrative Decisions And Permits, In Accordance With Applicable Provisions, Necessary For The Application To Obtain A Building Permit Decision, C) Preparation And Submission To The Authority Of The Architectural And Building Administration Of The Application For A Building Permit, D) Making All Amendments And Supplements, Completion Of The Required Opinions And Studies Necessary For The Application To Obtain A Building Permit Decision, E) Appearing On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To The Architectural And Building Administration Bodies And Other Institutions In The Course Of Proceedings Related To The Submission Of An Application For A Building Permit, F) Exercising Author Supervision During The Implementation Of Works Covered By The Documentation, G) Design Which Is The Subject Of This Contract And The Transfer Of The Right To Use The Work Unlimited In The Following Fields Of Operation: A.
