The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance And Delivery Of Defined Elements Of The Technology Demonstrator As Part Of The Project Entitled Unmanned Air -Air Platform Using A Surface Effect Supporting The Actions Of Special Troops On Sea Waters Financed With The Ncbir: The Order Includes The Development, Implementation And Delivery Of Elements Of The Demonstrator Of The Object On A Scale Of 1: 1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others,:) Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract In Place Designated By The Ordering Party And His Insurance, Until The Contracting Authority Receives Without Reservations; B) The Contractor Declares That The Subject Of The Contract Meets The Technical Parameters And The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; C) The Subject Of The Contract Supplied To The Contracting Authority Is Factory -New, Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Ready For Use, Without Having To Make Additional Purchases And Not Having To Make Additional Purchases, Is The Subject Of Any Rights Of Third Parties; D) The Contracting Authority Requires A Guarantee Not Less Than 24 Months. E) In The Event Of The Contractor Proposed A Shorter Warranty Period, The Offer Will Be Rejected As Not Meeting The Requirements Of The Employer. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz (Some Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Have Been Provided With A Confidentiality Clause). 3. The Contracting Authority Requires Submitting An Offer After Checking The Documents (Fragments Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With A Classifieds Clause). 4. Fragments Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With A Confidentiality Clause Will Be Made Electronically Available In The Form Of A Link To The Data Cloud On 30.04.2025, After Signing A Confidentiality Agreement By The Parties - The Contract Template Is Annex 11 To Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Confidentiality Agreement). 5.
