The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Construction Of A Single-Family Residential Building In Mirosławiec In A Passive Standard As Part Of The Implemented Project Entitled: Our New Home-Wałecki Poviat Close To The Family. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should In Particular: 1) Develop A Construction Project And, In Accordance With The Needs, Other Projects, In Accordance With The Functional And Use Program; 2) The Ordering Partys Final Decision On The Building Permit And, In Accordance With The Needs, Other Permits, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Separate Provisions, Enabling The Start Of Construction Works; 3) Take The Management Of Construction By The Construction Manager With Appropriate Permissions; 4) Develop, In Accordance With The Needs, Safety And Health Protection Plan; 5) Ensure, According To The Needs, Authors Supervision; 6) Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Design. Construction, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 7) Make As-Built Documentation; 8) Obtain Permission To Use A Building On Behalf Of And For The Contracting Authority Or Notify About The Completion Of Construction And Obtain A Certificate Of No Grounds For Raising An Objection, As Long As The Law Required. Functional And Utility Constituting Annex 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. Other Terms Regarding The Performance Of The Contract Were Specified In Annex 3 To Swz (Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement).
