2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of A Continuous Aggregate With 0-32 Mm (Dolomite) In A Total Amount Of 378 Tons Along With Its Transport And Unloading In The City/Commune Of Opole Lubelskie-A List Of Mixture Supply Location In Accordance With The Material Supply Schedule Constituting An Attachment To The Contract. 3. Deliveries Will Be Successfully Carried Out By The Schedule Constituting An Attachment To The Contract, After The Contracting Authority Submits A Written Or Telephone Periodic Demand For Delivery, By Determining The Amount Of Material And The Place Of Delivery. In Annex 5 To Swz (Proposed Contractual Provisions), An Estimated, Expected Amount Of Tonnes Of Material For The Needs Of The Commune Was Determined. Before The Conclusion Of The Contract, An Attachment To The Contract Will Be Prepared By The Ordering Party, According To The Template Attached To Swz, I.E. The Material Supply Schedule In The Commune In Accordance With The Demand. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Attached Schedule Pattern May Change, While The Number Of Tons Will Remain Unchanged. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Aggregate Within 2 Days Of Placing A Written Or Telephone Order By The Ordering Party Or In Another Time Given By The Employer Not Longer Than The Deadline Specified In Swz As The Final Date Of The Contract. 5. The Supplied Aggregate Should Correspond To The Order And Must Comply With Applicable Standards (Species 1). 6. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With Certificates Or Quality Certificates For Ordered And Delivered Materials. 7. Control Weighing Will Be Subject To Min. 10% Of Deliveries. The Cost Of Controlling Weighing Is Covered By The Supplier. 9. If In The Swz, When Describing The Subject Of The Order, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterized Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Requires That Such An Indication As Examples And Allows Offers With Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Ensure Compliance Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract With Swz Together With Attachments. 10. The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Subcontractors. In Such A Situation, The Contractor: A) Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form (Annex 1 To Swz) Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If They Are Already Known To Him At This Stage) The Company (Enterprise Designation) Of Subcontractors; B) In The Event Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide - As Long As They Are Already Known, Names Or Names And Contact Details Of Subcontractors And Persons To Contact Them, Involved In The Services.
