The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of A Laboratory Bioreactor Intended For Cell Culture In Aerobic Conditions, Hereinafter Referred To As The Device, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. To Room 327 In Building B, 3Rd Floor, Located In Poznań At Ul. Wieniawskiego 17/19, Along With Bringing, Installation, Launch And Training (For Min. 3 Employees) And Providing An Authorized Warranty Service, With Quality Parameters And On Conditions In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In Annex 1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes: A) Providing Training For A Minimum Of 3 Users On The Day Of Installation Of The Device, B) Granting A Warranty On A Device For A Minimum Of 24 Months) Providing The User Manual In Polish Or English. 3. Detailed Requirements For The Performance Of The Order Were Also Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.
