Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Design Services In The Scope Of Developing The Concept Of Land Development For The Future Park Of The Wilga River On The Section From Ul. Chałubińskiego To Ul. Wetland, For The City Green Board In Krakow. 1.1 In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him.
