The Subject Of This Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor Exercising Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Site: Repair And Reconstruction Of An Existing Building - Home For Old People, Located In Rle - I, Square 54 According To The Plan Of The Village Of Hayredin, Hayredin Municipality, Vratsa District, Including A Technical Passport For The Site. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Prepared In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2/31 July 2003 For The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction Works, Facilities And Construction Sites. The Construction, In Respect Of Which The Service - Subject Of The Contract Will Be Fulfilled, Is Iv / Fourth / Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1 Item 4, B. B Of The Spatial Planning Act In Connection With Art. 8, Para. 2 Of Ordinance No. 1/ Sg No. 72/ 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of The Types Of Construction Works, According To A Building Permit № 6 Of 15.04.02023. Of The Chief Architect Of Hayredin Municipality. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Following Activities: Exterior And Interior Works, Roof Works, Accessible Environment According To Types And Quantities Of Construction Works By Parts: Architectural, Construction Structures, Water Supply, Electrical Engineering , Hvac And Energy Efficiency , Geodesy And Fire Safety . The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Approved Investment Project And Building Permit - Annex No. 1 And The Technical Specification - Annex No. 2 To The Invitation To Participate In The Procedure.
