Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services - Re -Tendering Of Cleaning Services And Window Cleaning For Aalborg Supply And Associated Subsidiaries. The Supply Relates To Cleaning And Window Cleaning Of All Aalborg Supply Locations, Including Pumping Stations, Heating Centers, Decentralized Works, Wastewater Treatment Plants And The Administration Buildings (Norbis Park And Gasværksvej) Located In Aalborg Municipality. The Contract Offered Includes Cleaning Of Office Space, Meeting Rooms, Changing/Bathing Facilities, Toilets, Warehouses, Canteen, Laboratories, Workshops, Basements And The Like And Window Cleaning. The Task Does Not Include Industrial Cleaning. For A Further Description Of The Scope And Species Of The Assignment, See Appendix 2A - Contract With Associated Appendices, Including In Particular Appendix 2B - Requirements Specification. It Is Noted That Some Of The Locations Are Subject To Special Guidelines For Staying And Executing Services. Thus, Some Of The Locations Are Classified As A Risk Company (Bek No. 372 Of 25/04/2016 With Subsequent Changes), And Some Locations Are Subject To The Sewage Order (Bek No. 473 Of 07/10/1983 With Subsequent Changes). Furthermore, In Certain Locations There Is A Strong Focus On Drinking Water Safety, Which Is Why The Guidelines In The Iso 22000 (Food Security Certification Must Be Observed. The Supplier Must Perform The Services Under Compliance With The Guidelines That Follow From These Special Regulations And The Certification. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Public Tender In Accordance With Sections 56-57 Of The Tendering Act. A Public Contract Is Offered That Can Be Used By The Entire Aalborg Forsyning And Associated Subsidiaries Regarding Cleaning Services And Window Cleaning. The Contract Is Concluded With Aalborg Service A/S, As A Contractor. Contract Management And Administration Of The Contract Is Handled By The Contracting Entity. With Reference To Section 49 Of The Tendering Act, The Contract Is Not Divided, Since By Entering Into A Total Contract, The Administrative Costs Are Entered Into And Utilizing The Synergy Effects, A Total Contract Distracting (Economies Of Scale).
