The Project Is Divided Into Two Great Performances: The Pumping And Ebar Driving The Tarajales: • Ebarwood Pumping Station Ebar Los Tarajales. • Pumping Driving To The Regional Building. Need To Satisfy: In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 28 Of The Aforementioned Lcsp, The Importance And Need For Execution Of The Projected Works, Which Are Contemplated In The Current Insular Hydrological Plan Of The Hydrographic Demarcation Of Tenerife, Third Cycle (2021-2027) Approved Definitively Approved By Decree 372/2023, Of September 18 (B.O.C. C. 2023), Which Contemplates And Defines Hydraulic Infrastructure Systems Related To Different Basic Hydraulic Functions. For These Systems It Is Defined Territorially, Under Different Temporal Horizons, The Functional Structure That Allows Adapting To The Planned Demands. The Sanitation Model Of The Güímar Valley Is Composed Of A Set Of Infrastructure That Allows The Wastewater Of The Municipalities Of Candelaria, Arafo And Güímar To Be Transported To The Future Wastewater Treatment Station Of The Güímar Valley Where The Water Purification Treatment Will Be Carried Out By Complying With The European Directive 91/27 On Treatment Of Urban Wastewater. The Güímar Puertito Area Has A Wastewater Collection System In Its Hydraulic Planning That Allows The Wastewater Of Said Nucleus To Be Collected By The Municipal Sewerage And Are Concentrated In A Treatment And Pumping Station (Current Head Of The Submarine Emissary) To Boost Them To The Güímar Valley Region. In This Sense, Law 7/1985, Of April 2, Regulating The Bases Of The Local Regime, Establishes In Its Article 25 That The Municipality, For The Management Of Its Interests And Within The Scope Of Its Powers, Can Promote Activities And Provide Public Services That Contribute To Meet The Needs And Aspirations Of The Neighborhood Community In The Terms Provided In This Article. It Also Indicates That The Municipality Will Exercise In Any Case As Its Own Powers, In The Terms Of The Legislation Of The State And The Autonomous Communities, In The Following Matters, Among Others: C) Supply Of Drinking Water At Home And Evacuation And Wastewater Treatment. And Article 26 Of The Aforementioned Law Provides The Following: The Municipalities Must Provide, In Any Case, The Following Services: A) In All Municipalities: Public Lighting, Cemetery, Waste Collection, Road Cleaning, Household Supply Of Drinking Water, Sewerage, Access To The Population And Paving Nuclei Of Public Roads. B) In The Municipalities With A Population Greater Than 5,000 Inhabitants, In Addition: Public Park, Public Library And Waste Treatment.
