A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Entire Period For Which The Contract Will Be Concluded In The Scope Of Conducted Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00, Valid No Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until The Final Acceptance. The Employer Will Accept The Civil Liability Insurance Document Owned By The Contractor In The Scope Of Conducted Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For The Guarantee Sum Required By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Concluded For The Annual Period And Will Be Renewable While Maintaining The Continuity Of Insurance Protection Until The Final Acceptance. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With A Valid Civil Liability Insurance Document In The Scope Of Conducted Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract Within 7 Days From The Date Of Issuing This Document. 7. Warranty And Warranty Warranty Period - According To The Offer, Minimum 36 Months, Maximum 60 Months. The Scope Of Entitlements Under The Warranty Is Regulated By The Provisions Of The Civil Code. 8. Information On The Use Of Products, Materials And Equivalent Technologies. In The Case Of The Material Names Used In The Documentation, They Should Be Understood As Examples - About The Parameters Desired By The Contracting Authority.
