Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannas Natural Gas (Group E) For The School Complex Of The Agricultural Training Center In Porcie For The Period From 01.07.2025 To 30.06.2026
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannas Natural Gas (Group E) For Gas Consumption Point/Points According To Annex 1 To Swz - Supply Of Gas Fuel Together With The Distribution Service To The Ordering Entities, With A Maximum Size Of Fuel Demand 593 045 Kwh.2. Gas Fuel Should Be Supplied Around The Clock To The Delivery And Receiving Points Listed In Annex 1 To Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Which Is Owned By The Ordering Party With The Gas Operators Gas Network. 3. In The Course Of The Order, The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Size Of The Order To +/- 10% Relative To The Basic Amount Of Gas For The Purchase Of Gas. An Increase In The Size Of The Order Will Occur On The Basis Of The Right Option. The Principles, Scope And Manner Of Using The Above -Mentioned The Above Are Described In Annex 2 To Swz - The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Para. 3 And 4.4. The Contracting Authority Is An Entity Authorized In Accordance With Art. 62B Para. 1 Point 2 Lit. D) The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law For Application In The Settlements Of Tariff Rates. The Tariff Is A Set Of Prices And Rates Of Fees And The Conditions Of Their Use, Developed By Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyczne And Introduced As Applicable To The Recipients Specified In It In The Manner Specified In The Act. Settlements Of The Purchase Of Gas Fuel And Distribution Services Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Tariff Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office (President Of The Energy Regulatory Office). The Prices Of Gas Fuels And Subscription Fees Set In The Tariff Are Of Maximum Fees Prices And Rates. According To The Sales Policy, The Seller May Apply Prices For Gas Fuel Or Subscription Fees Lower Than Set In The Tariff. The Content Of The Content Is In Swz In Section 4.
