The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Organization And Service Of The Event Clusters Meet Regions In Rzeszów On June 3-4, 2025, Hereinafter Referred To As Event Or Cmr For 120 150 People From Poland And Abroad. Order Scope: The Order Will Include The Following Elements: 1. Preparation Of The Event In The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party; 2. Providing A Gastronomic Service For Event Participants; 3. Providing Marked Conference Materials; 4. Providing Oral Simultaneous Translation From English Into Polish And From Polish Into English; 5. Acquiring Moderators And Speakers For The Event With The Contracting Authority, Including Experts From Abroad (Conditional); 18 7. Providing Signage Translation (Conditional); 8. Ensuring Adequate Lighting Of The Room And Delivery Of The Led Screen With The Operation; 9. Providing The Cloakroom Service; 10. Providing Bins For Segregation Of Garbage.
