The Program Adresses Are Children From 0 Years Of Age To The Time Of Taking Up School Education In Whom Disability Or A Threat To Disability Has Been Detected. Fabryczna 2B Or Elsewhere In The Lublin Poviat Or The City Of Lublin, Determined In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Ministry Of National Education Regulation Of 24 August 2017 On The Organization Of Early Support For Childrens Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1635). Bełżyce Ul. Fabryczna 2B, Among Specialists Qualified For The Implementation Of The Program, According To A Set Schedule. The Deadline For The Service Is Set Until 15.12.2025. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. By The Term, The Ordering Time Understands 60 Minutes. The Employer Points Out That The Concept Of The Service Of The Service Of Services Should Only Be Understood As The Actual Time Of Providing Services To The Child Or For Him. The Skills Arising From The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Covered By The Contractor As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer Constituting The Maximum Obligation Of The Ordering Party. The Working Time Of Individual Specialists Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Psychophysical, Developmental Needs Of Children And Their Families. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Reducing The Number Of Hours Assigned To Contractors Not Less Than 50% Of The Basic Number Of Hours Specified In The Contract. Lack Of The Contractor By The Contracting Authority Of The Full Number Of Hours Specified In The Contract Will Not Result In A Claim For The Performance And Payment Of Remuneration For The Remaining Number Of Unrealized Hours.
