1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In The Development Of Project And Costing Documentation Entitled Renewal Of The Historic Royal Park In Mysłakowice With Its Surroundings. The Project Should Be Included In The Above -Mentioned Scope Of Work: A. Dendrological Inventory Along With The Project To Supplement The Missing Planting Of Vegetation (Including Kwietna Meadow) And Cuts Of Phytosanitarian Trees On The Plots Covered By Design In Order To Restore The Original Biodiversity; B. Project Of Planting Aquatic Plants In The Large Pond Area And Planning Plan; C. Biormediacja, I.E. Three Times The Procedure Entitled Biological Remediation Of A Water Ecosystem In The Field Of Reconstruction, Maintenance And Preservation Of The Function Of A Large And Small Pond In The Historic Palace Park In Mysłakowice Using Biological Agents Without Involving Chemicals, Synthetic, Determinants, Coagulants, Chlorine -Based Preparations, Oxygen Activators, Sorbents Or Mechanical Equipment. Assessment Of The Technical Condition Along With The Project To Strengthen The Grave Of A Large Pond Over A Section Of Approx. 300 Mb, Including The Fascination Project For The Dykes To The Abovementioned Episode; E. Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of Two Trigger Monks From A Large Pond Along With A Design Of Their Renovation Or Reconstruction; F. The Design Of The Large Islands Development On A Large Park Pond Along With Access To The Island In Order To Make Available To Visitors Of Natural Values. The Bridge On The Channel, Journal Of Laws No. 650 To Maintain Continuity Of Pedestrian Traffic; I) A Small Architecture Project, I.E. Park Benches With Bins For Municipal Waste And Information Boards; J) A Recreational Shelter Project Up To 35 M² With Monitoring Powered From Photovoltaic Panels And Batteries Supported By Electricity From A Nearby Lighting Network. The Exact Location And Size Of The Shelter Will Be Determined In Conservator With The Conservator. Water Birds. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Permits And Building Permits As Well As A Water Law Permit. The Park Of The Park Is Covered By Strict Protection Of The Monument Conservator.
