4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Task Of Development Of A General Plan For The Szreńsk Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation Of The General Plan. Performing Works Related To The Implementation Of Planning Activities Specified In The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Regarding The Preparation Of A Draft General Plan Of The Szreńsk Commune In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Commune Council In Szreńsk No. Vi/24/2025 Of 19 February 2025 On The Commencing To Prepare A General Plan Of The Szreńsk Commune, And According To The Procedures And Issues Specified In: A) Act Of 27 March 2003 Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), B) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), C) The Environment Of September 9, 2002 On Eco -Ophysiographic Studies (Journal Of Laws Of 2002, No. 155, Item 1298), D) The Act Of 8 March 1990 Of The Commune Department (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1465, As Amended) Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E. Dz. U. Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended D.), F) Act 7 Landscape And All Analyzes, Taking Into Account The Voivodship Plans, Government Tasks And National Programs, And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Law In This Respect. 4.1.2.
